On November 28, Truro Selectmen discussed draft proposed terms of an article on year round condo use prepared by Town staff. In a nearly 40 minute presentation and discussion, many complex issues at every level were covered – from parking and curb cuts to flood zones and waste water management. Town staff indicated the regulations would be steep though the Town says it wants make it easy as a process. As currently drafted, year round use would only be an option if the entire association – all units – agreed to convert. Many in the community expressed reservations at a prior meeting, which the drafting committee attempted to address.
