I acknowledge that a volunteer will respond to my Request(s). I acknowledge that I am making a request for assistance because I am unable to fulfill this request myself. I also acknowledge that fulfilling a Request may require a volunteer to come onto to my property in order to deliver requested goods and items. I understand GNT volunteer(s) fulfilling my request(s) will not engage in activity requiring direct physical contact with me. I am responsible for bringing the provider’s delivered items into my home timely, to void spoilage and damage from outside exposure. I release each, any, and all involved in fulfilling my Request (s), including Good Neighbor Truro volunteers, organizers, donors, and providers of goods and services, for any actions taken or not taken related to fulfilling my Requests(s).
